Rainforest Operations Supervisor

ACT is looking for a passionate and practical person to lead their Rainforest Squad and help manage their Rainforest Hub at Kilmory in Lochgilphead.

The Hub is a busy base where they highlight Argyll’s rainforest as a resource to support enterprise, employment, and community connection. If you love working outdoors, care about temperate rainforest restoration, and enjoy bringing out the best in people, this could be the perfect role for you.

Location: Lochgilphead, Mid-Argyll

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours/week

Contract: 12 months, with possibility of extension.

Salary: £31–34K (depending on experience and qualifications)
